Here is one of my favorite quotes from it Oh and meditating pairs very well with this book : D I wouldn't have ever imagined a book could be so impactful. It hasn't been long since I finished it so with that said I know there are a few more things I could gain from this book that will positively affect my life, but even now, the changes I've experienced are just amazing. I don't want to get into too much detail here, but I will say that this book has tremendously reduced my levels of anxiety, helped me worry even less (meditation initially helped) about events that are out of my control, and has me in a more positive mood (on a daily basis, and throughout the whole day). I found the book to be extremely relatable and most importantly, directly applicable to my daily life. I can't even imagine the events he's gone through that have given him such an interesting perspective on life. The author breaks down the concepts in such a simple, clear and accurate way, it's incredible. I practice meditation regularly, and as strange as it might sound, at the end of every reading session I would feel a sense of calmness and pure joy, as if I had just meditated (although the joy was greater than I typically feel after meditating).
